This review-quality MP3 suffers from encoding problems that are (probably) not on the original Full-bitrate (.wav) file.  This will become obvious when I go back to do the high-quality encoding when I have the author-supplied tracknames. High-priority tasks running on the encoding computer other than the MP3 encoding can have this effect.  Rest assured, no other tasks but the operating system will be running on the machine when I do the final encoding to MP3 and/or Ogg.  - Matthew
